Shipping and Returns Terms and Conditions:
Merchandise will be shipped via ups and usps, and it is subject to their standards regulations and delivery limitations. lira fashion makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. monday through friday, or according to availability of inventory.
General Returns and Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery for a full refund of the purchase price(less 20% restocking fee). item(s) must be in satisfactory condition for resale, which includes unused, in the original new condition, and in the original packaging. any product that is returned must have a return authorization number that is issued by lira fashion. return department to obtain a return authorization number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. the return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when it is sent to lira fashion. any packages received without a return authorization label and authorization number written on the package will be declined.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. this time period included the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more then 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
1) notify us within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
2) damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 days period from receipt of your order. call or e-mail for approval prior to shipping.
3) request for returns other than those mentioned in point 2 above are subject to approval.
4) an invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit.
Note: shipping & handling are non-refundable. one return/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.
